How to make money selling sports cards?
93 New Leads In Green Section Below

You can make money in this hobby
For me, I don’t mind making a little money from selling cards if that’s what I choose. Mainly it’s to fund a different card purchase, so it doesn’t matter. The money is revolving in the hobby either way.
If you are trying to flip cards and make money, then you really have to know what you are doing. I would suggest learning all about grading cards at PSA or SGC to resell. If you have a good eye and can research card values well, then you have a better chance to make a little money flipping cards.
You can always sell cards raw too, but you need plenty of inventory coming in often. This is where my Leads Service can help. Finding good collections to buy is always the hardest part. Once you figure out a good method to consistently find collections that you can process, you can start selling more volume.
Just my opinion, but chasing hot new rookies is too much speculation for me if I am trying to make money flipping cards. Yeah sure, you can get lucky and hit a big one that a big money maker, but it’s not often. It feels good to hunt new players for sure, but I would suggest stick to proven players. This is how you remove variables from your investment. I would think most of you agree!
I’d rather choose finding stuff like this in a box which has been in a closet for 25 years, then the next.

Are we in the new “Junk Wax Era”?
The amount of new product in the market is crazy as we all know. I pulled this story from Sports Collectors Daily to make sure you know whats going on…
In March, the major card grading companies experienced record-high grading activity, with over 1.7 million cards graded overall. PSA graded the most cards, surpassing 1.3 million, including a significant number of sports cards. Shohei Ohtani was the most graded athlete by PSA. SGC also had a successful month, setting a first quarter grading record with over 467,000 cards graded. CGC had a strong month, with an increase in sports card grading activity due to on-site grading efforts in China. Top graded athletes included CJ Stroud, Michael Jordan, and Victor Wembanyama across the various grading companies.

SGC Grading - This is my preferred company to Grade Cards as you will come to see in my images that I share. They might not pull the same premium as some others, but I sure do like them.
PSA Grading - As you know, this is another highly recommended way to Grade Cards. The PSA slab is slightly smaller and thinner than SGC, and with different colors.

Collections Leads For You
Here’s how this works. I run special advertising all over the USA, specifically looking for card collections. I get some basic collection info from sellers and a email in order to connect you. I try to filter the junk out as much as possible and to be completely transparent it’s possible I have interest in some of the stuff that comes up. Realistically though, I can’t buy them all and I usually like to buy stuff that is local anyways. I try to stay within a 6-8 hour radius of my location at most in Eastern Iowa. I get good leads everywhere from NY-CA!
